Ingredients:
3 chicken legs
3tbsp hung curd
11/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp zatar (arabian spice)
11/2 tbsp Peri Peri sauce
2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and pat dry the chicken legs and make slits on on so that the marinate goes deep in the meat.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except chat masala and the butter and marinate the chicken in it for at least 6-8 hours
Preheat the oven at 180 degree C and cook the chicken for 25-30 min turning in between so that masala on both sides should be cooked.
When chicken is almost cooked turn on the grill and apply butter on the chicken.
You even air fry the chicken at 180 deg for 12 minutes , flip and again for 10 minutes.
Grill the chicken until it gets the golden colour but keep a close eye on it as if the chicken is kept longer under the grill it will dry up the chicken.
Before serving sprinkle little chat masala on it. Serve with onion rings and chutney of your choice.
