Chilli Cheese Puff stick

Ingredients:

1 package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp dried mix herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup butter

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Lightly grease a baking tray.

On a lightly floured surface, unfold pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 1inch strips

In a bowl mix cheese, mix herbs , butter and garlic. Brush pastry sticks with this butter, lightly coating each side.
Gently twist pastry sticks, and place on a prepared baking tray. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
