Gobi Gosht

 
Ingredients:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Onion (sliced) 2

Tomatoes (chopped) 3

Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Red powder 1.5 tsp

Corriander powder 2 tsp

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Ginger (finely chopped) 2 inches piece

Green chillies (finely chopped) 4

Gobhi 1/2 kg

Garam masala powder 1tsp

Oil 1/2 cup

Butter 2 tsp

Green coriander

Cumin seed 1tsp

  

Method:

 Saute onion in oil.

Then add meat and other spices in it.

Fry them for a while.

Now add tomatoes and water and salt.

I use pressure cooker for this but u can cook in open as well.

Cook them till meat gets tender but don’t overcook it.

In separate pan take little butter and salute the gobi florets for 3-4 mins,add this gobi to mutton and bhuno it for sometime.
Now add ginger, green chillies, and green coriander.

Cover the lid and cook on low heat for few minutes.
Serve hot… Enjoy😊
