Haryali CHicken Tikka


Chicken 3 leg pieces

Green coriander 2cups

Mint leaves 1 cup

3 green chillies

8-10 cloves of Garlic

Ginger 1 inch

Lemon juice 2 tbsp 

Kasuri methi 1 tsp

Hung curd 3 tbsp 

Cream 1 tbsp

Black pepper crushed 1 tsp

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Salt to taste.

Wash and dry chicken pieces and make deep cuts on flesh so masala can penetrate inside.
Make fine paste of remaining ingredients into paste.
Marinate the chicken pieces in this masala at least for 6 hours.
Preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 mins.
Place the chicken pieces on oven tray and cook for 25 mins then apply little oil and turn the chicken and let it cook for 15 mins.
Check the chicken if cooked. 

Serve with onion n green chutney
