Mango Phirni with mango rosette 


 1 liter full cream milk 

1/2 cup rice powder

1 cup fresh mango pulp

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 tbs kewra water

2 tbsp of blanched pista.
Boil milk , add rice powder ,mix continuously so that lumps are not formed.

Keep on stirring till rice cook well.

Now add sugar, mango pulp and cardamom powder.

Cook for 10 mins.

Add kewra water and pour it into the serving dish.

Sprinkle with sliced pista.

Keep in fridge for 1 hour. enjoy your Phirni !
