2 3/4 cup maida
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 packets M&M
Method:
Preheat the oven to 170degrees. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, white sugar, butter,eggs, and vanilla with electric mixers on low speed.
Add the 2 3/4 cups flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, the dough should feels thick and dry. Add M&M’s into the dough.
Make small balls and press M&M’s into the tops. Bake for 10-12 minutes . It will be soft to touch but once cool it will be crispy from outside and soft and chewy inside.
