Paneer pieces 200 gms
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
3 green chilies
8 cloves of Garlic
Ginger 1 inch
Imli pulp 1/2 ts
Cream 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Green and red bell pepper
Make fine paste of all ingredients (paneer and oil)into paste.
Marinate the paneer pieces for at least 1 hour.
Cut the bell pepper and onion into cubes same size of paneer.
In wooden skewer arrange paneer bell pepper and onion .
Im grill pan pour little oil an in medium heat fry till the paneer is cook and turned golden.
Serve them hot with green chutney
