Pepper jack cigars



8 pepper jack cheese sticks
1 large eggs,
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin powder
oil for frying,



Remove cheese sticks from plastic wrappings and cut in half.

Place eggs in a bowl and bread crumbs , paprika and cumin powder into a plate.

Dip cheese stick into egg and roll in bread crumbs mix to completely coat the sticks, repeat the process twice again till the cheese sticks are completely coating by bread mix mix, press gently with hand so breadcrumbs coats the cheese firmly.
Freeze breaded cheese sticks for at least 2 hours.

Heat oil in medium heat and deep fry cheese sticks, a few at a time, until the coating is golden brown and crisp and the cheese is soft, 3-4 minutes.
Remove the cheese sticks from oil and drain excess oil .
Serve hot with mayo or any sauce.
