Spicy Tandoori Aloo

Ingredients:



12-15 baby potatoes

¾ cup sour cream

½ tsp garam masala powder

½ tbsp garlic powder

1/2tsp red chili powder

½ tsp coriander powder

1 tsp tandoori masala

1/4 tsp crushed pepper

1/4 sesame seed

salt to taste

2 tbsp Olive oil

Method:

Wash and boil the baby potatoes in pressure cooker for 2 whistles. Peel them.
In separate bowl mix everything except oil.

Let baby potatoes marinate  in the mix and keep for 1 hour in the fridge.
Preheat Air fryer at 180 C for 10 minutes. When preheated grease the basket and place the baby potatoes and air fry them with some oil ( with help of brush) for 10 minutes for 180 C. In between just stir the potatoes so they get cooked evenly.

When the potatoes are cooked sprinkle some black salt and lemon juice.

Serve hot with sauce
