A very simple and flavorful sweet corn salad, prefect light snacking option.
Cherry tomato. 5-6
Olive oil 2tbsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Mix dry herbs 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Boil corn n drain the water.
Cut cherry tomato in quarters.
Finely chop onion.
Dry roast jeera n coarsely grind it.
In a pan heat oil add chopped onion then garlic powder , jeera powder and mix herbs. Salute for a minute only.
Remove from heat add lemon juice.
When slightly warm add boiled corn and cherry tomatoes and salt mix well. Garnishes with Parsley and serve warm.
