150 gms Broccoli florets
150 gms Cauliflower florets
7-8 baby corn
1 Carrot cut in thick pieces
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 Green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 cup chopped cabbage (cut in chunks)
1 large onion (cut in cubes)
5 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
2-3 green chilly
1/4 tsp nigella seeds( onion seeds)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp soya sauce
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cut all the veggies in uniform size.
Place Cauliflower, Broccoli , baby corn and carrot in a steamer for 4-5 mins, and keep it aside.
With help of mortar and pestle crush garlic , ginger and green chilies.
In a wok heat sesame oil(any other also can be used) add nigella seeds and cumin and let it crackle add crushed garlic, ginger and green chili and fry for a minute then add onion cubes, and with a minute add the raw veggies cabbage and bell pepper and followed by steamed veggies.
Add salt and stir fry on high heat.
Make slurry of cornflour with half cup water and add soya sauce also stir well. Add this slurry in the wok. Stir and and remove from heat after a minutes.
You can garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve hot 😊
