250 gms Okra/ bhindi
3/4 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Dhania powder
3/4 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
3/4 tsp Amchur powder
Oil to fry
Salt to salt.
Wash and pat dry the Bhindi and cut lengthwise in thin strips. Try to remove seed as many as possible.
In a separate bowl add all the dry masalas and mix well.
In a wok heat oil, and deep fry the bhindi in batches still the bhindi is crispy .
When all the bhindi is fried is still hot, sprinkle generously with the masala mix and stir well so that all the bhindi is nicely coated the spice mix.
Crispy Okra/ Kurkuri Bhindi is ready to serve.
P.S. You can air fry the bhindi just apply little oil to bhindi and place them preheated air fryer at 180 C for 6-7 mins or till it’s crispy .
