For brownie batter:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 cup flour
For cheesecake batter:
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°.
Make Brownie batter:
Mix oil and sugar until well blended.
Add eggs and vanilla; stir just until blended.
Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Stir dry ingredients into the oil/sugar mixture.keep aside the brownie batter aside.
Make cheesecake batter :
Whisk together cheesecake batter ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Transfer the brownie batter in well greased pan lined with parchment paper, Pour dollops of cheesecake batter over
brownie batter, then swirl in with a knife or spatula to give marble effect.
Bake until edges are slightly puffed and center is just set, about 35 minutes.
Remove from oven let it be in tin for another 5-7 minutes then transfer it wire rack to cool.
Before serving dust some icing sugar.
