Quick egg-less banana ice cream 

Ingredients:

2 ripe banana

2 tbsp condensed milk

1/2 whipped cream

 

Method

Peel and slice the banana and put them in freezer for 7-8 hours, till they are completely frozen.
In a food processor put the frozen banana slices and try to grind it, It will take some time but eventually it will become smooth paste, now add condensed milk and mix well.

In separate bowl with help of electric hand mixer beat the whipped cream till forms soft peaks.
Add the whipped cream into banana and fold it in

Transfer the banana and cream mix into freezer safe box let it freeze till it is firm and is ready to serve.

Plating tip: you serve ice cream with fruits or chocolate mousse cubes.
