Method:

Thoroughly wash and pat dry the salad leaves and tear all the leaves into bite size pieces.

In a large bowl out the salad leaves, along with the diced and sliced veggies.

For dressing mix all the dressing ingredients and give it a good whisk and keep this Vinaigrette aside.

To marinate the chicken breast, first we have to butterfly the chicken breast, ( cut the chicken breast in such a way that it opens from one side but is joint from the other end) By doing this the chicken slice will become thin and it will take less time to cook in pan. In a bowl combine all the marination ingredients and marinate the chicken for at least 30 mins.

Put the griddle pan on the heat, when nice and hot put the chicken piece to cook ,You will her nice sizzle and high temperature will give nice grill marks on chicken

It will hardly take few minutes per side n juicy chicken was ready to be crown of salad.

The vinaigrette what had kept aside after whisking pour it  in the warm pan in which we had cooked the chicken.

Pour this warm dressing over the salad,

Cut the grilled chicken an add it in the Salad.

Add extra nutty flavor sprinkled dry roasted sesame seeds.
