Ingredients:
250 gm Chicken boneless
6-7 Baby corn
4-5 florets of broccoli
1 red bell pepper cut in cubes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Oil for frying
Garlic, minced: 2 tsp
3 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tbsp White vinegar
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Garlic chilisauce
2 red chilies
Salt, to taste
1 1/2 tsp Cornflour
For marinade:
1 tsp Garlic minced
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tsp White vinegar
1/2 tsp Soy sauce:
1 tsp Garlic chili sauce
Salt
1 tsp Cornflour
Chopped spring onion for garnish.
Method:
Marinade the chicken pieces with all the ingredients and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken till they are crisp . In the same pan fry baby corn, broccoli and bell pepper just for a minute.
In the same oil add the red chilies and garlic and saute.
Now add the chicken, and veggies along with the remaining marinade and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add vinegar, soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce, garlic chili sauce, salt and a little cornflour mixed in water and mix well till all the chicken pieces are coated.
Cover and cook for for 5 minutes over medium-high heat till the gravy thick. Garnish with chopped spring onion and sliced red chilies.
Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice.
