Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken
3 Onion :
6-7 Garlic cloves crushed
2 inch Ginger paste crushed
2 green chilli
2 dry Red chilli
2 Cloves
5 Whole black pepper
2 Black cardamom
1 Cinnamon stick
2 tomatoes chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp seasame seeds soaked
1 tsp khuskhus soaked
1 tsp Shah jeera
1 cup curd
1/4 tsp Onion seeds (Kalongi)
3 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves
Directions:
Heat oil in a wok and add onion into it. Fry onion until it is golden brown.Add garlic, ginger and onion seeds.
Add all whole garam masala , haldi, whole red chilli and red chili powder followed by chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 5-7 mins.
In a mixie jar grind soaked sesame seed and khus khus into fine paste and keep it aside.
Add chicken into the wok and fry for 15 minutes. Then add salt, curd and chopped green chilies and fry for 5 minutes.Add the sesame seed and khus khus paste and fry for 2 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water and give it a boil. Reduce the flame and cover it for 10 minutes. It should be thick gravy. Garnish with green coriander.
Serve hot.
