Pomfret tandoori

 
Ingredients:

1 big Pomfret

2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 Red Chili powder

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tbsp Garam Masala

Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

Mix everything in a blender and make a thick paste (add water if necessary)

 
Marinate fish in the masala for 4/5 hours in the fridge.

Place the fish on to the basket of airyer and place it in preheated air fryer at 180 degree for 6 minutes them turn the fish and airfry for another 3 minutes.

Please note time will vary according to the size of fish.

Serve it with lime wedges and green salad.
