Chicken Cutlet

 
Ingredients:

Boiled boneless chicken 250gm

Boiled potatoes 4

Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp

Carrot shredded. 1

Bell pepper diced. 1

Boiled green peas. 1/2 cup

Cumin seed. 1 tsp

Green chillies. 8-9

Green coriander chopped 2 tsp

Garam masala pd. 1/4 tsp

Cornflour 3tbsp

Salt to taste

Oil 2 tbsp


Method

Make a fine paste of ginger garlic and green chillies
Take oil in a pan add cumin seeds when its starts to crackle add chilly paste n salt n roast it till oil separate( here u will start sneezing )
When the mixture cools add shredded boil chicken,mashed boiled potatoes, shredded carrot, small diced bell pepper, boiled peas (i use frozen ones),n garam masala pd n squeeze half lemon ,mix well, taste for salt n chilly accordingly adjust the taste.
Make tikkes of same size. In separate plate take cornflour, coat the tikkes with cornflour n shallow fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with onion rings n green chutney n garlic mayo.
