Spaghetti and meatballs with bolognese sauce

For Bolognese sauce:


250 gms mutton mince

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

2 small carrots, finely chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

4-6 cloves garlic crushed

100 gms tomato paste

1 can crushed tomatoes

1½ tsp oregano

1½ tsp basil

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp chili flakes

 salt to taste

1/4 cup whole milk


In a pan heat oil and add mince, onions, carrots and celery and cook over medium heat.

Brown meat, and then cook for another 10 minutes or until veggies are soft

Add garlic and cook for an another 2 minutes.

Add all other ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the mince is cooked.
