Moong Dal Halwa

Ingredients :

1/2 tin- Condensed Milk

3 cups-Milk

1 cup Moong Dal (skinless)

1 cup-Ghee

1/2 tsp-Elaichi

1/4 cup chopped dry fruits

Method:
Clean and soak the moong dal for 2 hours , drain and grind to a coarse paste.
Fry the dal paste in ghee, till it turns golden brown.
Add the milk and cook on low flame, stirring continuously, till milk dries up. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk and cook, stirring continuously, till desired consistency is reached.
Garnish with dry fruits.
