Ingredients:
Rava – 1 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
Warm Water – 1 cup
Maida- 2 Tbsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Oil for frying
In a bowl, take Rava, Salt and Baking Powder. Mix well.
Add lukewarm water and soak the rava after 2-3 minutes add maida and mix for 3-4 minutes until smooth and firm.
Add Oil and knead again for 3-4 minutes.
Wrap dough in cling film and let it rest for 20 .
Make small balls of the dough and roll out small puri or make a big puri and cut small puri with cookie cutter.
Deep fry puris until light golden brown and crisp and remove them onto a paper towel.Bring to room temp before storing in an airtight container.
