This recipe was shared by one of my friend , Sandhya Saravanan from Pune India.
She use to make amazing Dal vada.

1 cup Bengal gram ( channa dal)
1 onion chopped
4 green chillies
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves ,
4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
8-10 curry leaves,
salt to taste
Oil to taste
In bowl soak channa dal in water for at least 2 hours, drain the water completely from that remove 1 or 2 tsp channa dal and keep it aside.
In a mixer jar put soaked channa dal, garlic and ginger and grind it coarsely with out water.
In channa dal mixture add finely chopped green chillies,finely chopped coriander,finely chopped curry leaves ,add salt to taste mix well.
Make small tikkis and keep in the fridge to frim up a bit ,then heat oil in a wok on medium flame and gently put the tikkis to fry until it get golden brown color.
Serve with your choice of chutney or sauce.
