400 gms boneless chicken ( thigh)
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk spring onion finely chopped
1 fresh red chili finely chopped
2 cloves if garlic crushed
1 tsp mix dry herb
1/2 tsp soya sauce
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oil
4 hamburger buns
1 tsp mustard sauce
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add onion, bell pepper, garlic, red chili, salt and black pepper.
Cook for 4-5 minutes. Remive the onion mixture in separate bowl and keep it as to cool.
Add chicken mince to onion mixture in bowl add spring onion, soya sauce and adjust the seasoning by adding salt and black pepper. Mix well and make 4 burger patties.
In a grill pan, heat oil on medium heat and cook the patties until brown crust is formed then lower the heat and cooked for 6-7 minutes each side.
In a separate bowl prepare a sauce for dressing our burgers by adding mustard sauce, tabasco sauce, tomato sauce and mayonnaise and mix well.
For serving place chicken burgers on toasted buns, and top with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise and mustard sauce mix.
Serve with hot french fries
