Bharwa Bhindi ( Air fried)



300 gm Okra
3 tbsp coriander powder

1 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder

1 1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tbsp Amchur powder

2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Chaat masala

Salt to taste   

2 tsp oil


Clean, wipe okra and cut lengthwise and try to remove as much as seeds possible from inside without breaking the okra.
In a bowl mix all the dry masala and mix well add oil and mix well.
Take okra and stuff it with the prepared masala and keep it aside.
Preheat the Air fryer at 180 degree for 8- 10 minutes.
Now carefully place all the okras in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes then open the air fryer and shake the okras and apply oil with brush, so that it cooks evenly and cook for another 7-8 minutes. 

Once the okras are cooked transfer them on serving plate and serve hot as a side dish.
