Lasooni Tendli Fry

 
Ingredients

300 gm Tendli

2 tbsp oil

1tsp cumin seeds

4-5 whole red chillies

15-16thick garlic cloves

1/2-1tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1tsp cumin powder

salt to taste

 

Method

Wash and cut tendli lengthwise in thin strips. Drizzle a tbsp of oil and air fry in preheated Air fryer for 8- 10 minutes tin it turn crispy and golden in colour, keep it aside.
Heat oil in kadai and add the cumin, whole red chilies and crush 7-8 cloves of garlic.
After 2-3 minutes add remaining sliced garlic cloves.
When the colour of garlic turn slightly brown, add air fried tendli and sauté for a minute.
Add the turmeric, cumin, chili and coriander powders. Add salt to taste Mix and cook till done.

Serve hot.
