500 gm mutton chops
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
3 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Cumin Power
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Power
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
4 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 tbsp mint leaves
3-4 green chillies
1 juice of big lemon
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
3 tbsp olive Oil
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp garam masala powder
3 tbsp raw papaya paste
Put all ingredient except mutton chops in the food processor and make a fine paste.
Clean, drain and pat dry mutton chops. Marinate the mutton the the blended paste. Keep in fridge for at least 8-10 hours to marinate.
Preheat oven at 180 degree. Line the roasting tray with aluminum foil and spray it with little oil.
Transfer the chops onto the tray, don’t pour extra marinate on the chop keep it aside for basting.
With both the element on of the oven place the mutton chops to bake for around 20-25 minutes basting and turning in between or until they are cooked.Don’t over cook the meat as it tends to dry.
When cooked remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with lemon wedges
