Ingredients:
2 tbsp Maida
2 tsp Cornflour
7-8 Curry Leaves
2 tsp Ginger/Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Ginger-chopped
1 tsp Garlic-chopped
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds,
1/2 tsp black Pepper powder,
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
1 Egg
300 gm boneless Chicken
4/5 Green Chillies
2 tbsp curd
Oil for frying
Marinate boneless chicken pieces with salt, 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, maida, cornflour and mix. Then add 1 egg and mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chicken pieces few at a time and fry until lightly golden brown. Drain and remove on a paper towel.
To make the sauce heat 2-3 tsp oil in a separate pan. Add cumin, chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then add chopped chillies, curry leaves,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste and let it cook for few minutes.
In a small bowl remaining black pepper powder, chilli powder, salt, in curd and mix, chicken to this mix and toss lightly.
Put cooked chicken along with curd mix in the pan cook over high heat till the curd water dries up.
Transfer the chicken on serving plate and serve hot.
