Minced chicken 250 gms
Boiled 1 cup
Garlic and ginger minced 2 tsp
Green chilies 3-4
Finely chopped onion 1
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Spring onion 2
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Bread soaked in milk 2
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
In a food processor put chicken mince along with other ingredients except oil and onion and make a coarse mix.
Remove the chicken mixture in a bowl and add finely chopped onion and mix well.
Grease ur palm and make kofta in shape n size of small ping pong ball.
Keep it in fridge for atleast 30 minutes.
In a wok heat oil on medium heat. When oil is hot carefully put the kofta in it, do not over crowd the wok. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes each side or until it is golden and nicely cooked.
Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot with sauce or mayonnaise.
