3 Bonless and Skinless Chicken Breast
150 gms Good quality butter
4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp Fresh Rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
3 tsp grated Parmesan
Preheat oven at 165 degrees C.
Marinate chicken pieces with salt, crushed black pepper and Paprika. Keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
In a saucepan add butter, minced garlic. Over a very low heat melt the butter and cook the garlic but take care not to burn the garlic.
Let butter and garlic simmer over very low heat for 3-4 minutes then stir in chopped rosemary and let it cook for another minute or two.
Heat a grill pan and place the marinated chicken on it for 2 minutes each sides or until chicken gets beautiful grill marks.
Grease the oven proof dish with butter and place the seared chicken into it.
Pour the garlic and rosemary flavored butter on top of chicken.Butter should cover the chicken.
Sprinkle few rosemary leaves on top.Place the dish in the preheat oven for 35- 45 minutes, or until chicken is nicely cooked.
Chicken will be super moist and full of garlic and rosemary flavor, as it is slow baked in the butter.
Serving idea: Serve Baked Garlic Butter chicken with roasted vegetables, Pasta or Spaghetti.
