Ingredients:
150 grams semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 large eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup walnuts
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Grease the baking tin and line with parchment paper.
Melt 150 gm of chocolate and butter by double boiler method.
Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder and sugar .
Mix vanilla essence and eggs, one at a time, beating well after every egg.
Gently stir in the flour, salt and chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Pour into the tin and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a little moist crumbs. Do not over bake.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares and serve with cold vanilla ice cream and drizzle of chocolate syrup.
