Ingredients
Chicken 3 leg pieces
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
2 stalks of spring onion
Raw Papaya paste 1 tbsp
3 green chillies
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Ginger paste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
2 tbsp cream
Hung curd 3 tbsp
1 tsp Black pepper crushed
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cumin powder
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Method
Wash and dry chicken pieces and make deep cuts on flesh so masala can penetrate inside.
Mix all the ingredients into a food processor and make a paste.
Marinate the chicken pieces in this masala and massage the pieces well with the masala, keep it for at least 10-12 hours in the fridge.
Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree C for at least 10 minutes before put marinated chicken pieces in it.
Place the chicken leg onto greased air fryer basket . Let it cook for 8-10 minutes at 180 degree one side and turn the leg, brush little oil in between. And again let it cook for another 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.( Time will vary according to size of chicken legs)
Serve hot with salad and good squeeze of lemon.
