Birthdays calls for cakes 🎂 but what do you do if you are traveling the same day🤔🤔🤔you can’t finish off whole cake in couple of hours or rather you shouldn’t finish off the cake in couple of hours 😅😅

This recipe make 3-4 cupcakes only depending upon the size of cupcakes you want..

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 egg whites
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup sifted Maida
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 180 C degrees and line muffin tray with liners.
In a bowl, whisk the egg and egg whites with sugar. When sugar completely dissolved add melted butter and vanilla essence and whisk it well.
Gently stir in in the flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk to adjust the consistency of the batter.
Fill each cupcake liner with batter try and divide the batter evenly between the 4 cupcakes.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let the cupcake cool completely on wire rack before icing.
Ingredients for Buttercream frosting:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butter
1 pinch salt
Melt chocolate and butter in a sauce over low. Chocolate chips should completely melted. Add salt and stir.
Then place the liquid chocolate in the fridge to chill. When it turns completely solid take hand held mixer and whisk it well so it become fluffy.
Fill the icing bag with the icing and frost your cupcakes.
My icing got bit loose and could not hold its shape.. It maybe becoz of gulf hot weather:)
