Recipe adapted by Ashwini Patil
Ingredients:
Baby potatoes – 12
Mayonnaise – 3 Tablespoons
Garlic mayonnaise – 1 Tablespoon
Maggi chilli garlic sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
Italian seasoning – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Spring onion – 1 Tablespoon (finely chopped)
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Method
Boil the baby potatoes with salt till they are almost done. Keep them aside and press them lightly with help of potato masher.
In a small bowl add Kashmiri red chilli powder, Chilli flakes ,Italian seasoning, Black pepper powder ,Garlic powder and olive oil. Brush this spiced oil on the potatoes.
Preheat Air fryer at 180 C degree. Place the potatoes in the airfryer basket. Air fry for 7-8 minutes or until it turns crispy or Fry these potatoes with oil till they attain a golden brown color.
Set the potatoes on the serving plate.
Mix the mayonnaise, garlic mayonnaise, and italian seasoning together. Add the finely chopped onions to this mix with some coriander.
Spread this mix over the potatoes and garnish with spring onion.

Tasnim you can shallow or deep fry the potatoes and sprinkle all the spices on potatoes after frying and add some in the mayo sauce
