One Bowl Banana Bread

One more recipe for Banana bread 🙈

I already have two recipes for banana bread in my blog, but this one is super easy and result is prefect every time. And the best part is, it using just one bowl recipe. So no extra washing and cleaning.

We really enjoy the moist bread with a cup of chai today evening. Do give it a try, I am sure you will love it.

Ingredient


3 riped banana,

1.5 cup All purpose flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar,

125 ml oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder,

pinch of salt,

1 large egg

1tsp vanilla essence

1/2 tsp banana essence,

1/2 tsp baking soda,

1 tsp baking powder.

1/4 cup choped walnuts

1/4 cup sliced Almond

2 tbsp dry cranberries

Method:

Preheat the oven at 180 deg C. Grease a loaf pan generously with butter and keep it aside.

In a large bowl roughly mash bananas with help of a fork. Add an egg, salt, brown sugar and white sugar and whisk it well.

Add oil, vanilla essence and banana essence and mix well.

Now we will add all the dry ingredients. Add all-purpose flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda.

With the help of hand mixer mix well. Do not over mix the batter. The batter will be thick inconsistency.

Now pour the batter in the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle chopped walnuts, almonds and cranberries on top.

Place it on the centre rack of the oven. Bake it for 40-45 minimum or until the screwed come out clean.

Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and place it in a cooling rack to cool completely.

Your easy one bowl banana bread is ready to be served.
