1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted chocolate
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 large egg
1⁄4 tsp baking powder
1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
Choco chips – as much as u want 😉
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 cup flour
Walnut (optional)
Method:
Mix oil and sugar until well blended.
Add egg , melted chocolate and vanilla; stir just until blended.
Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Stir dry ingredients into the oil/sugar mixture add choco chips.
Pour in grease pan add chopped walnuts and bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 25-27 min or till the toothpick comes out clean.
