Spicy, sweet and sticky chicken wings

Who doesn’t like chicken wings? It is most loved snack for any game night be it Cricket world cup, Super bowl or FIFA world cup.
They are the perfect addition to any appetizer plate in a Dinner party.

Chicken wings are the most loved snacks. They are absolute yum!!
My Honey Chili Garlic Chicken wings are Spicy, Sweet & Sticky and I bet you can’t stop at one.

I have Air fried them but you can also bake in the oven or even deep fry them.
The honey chilli garlic sauce is to die for. Its everything I love and I am sure you would fall in the love with it too 🙂

Honey Chili Garlic Chicken wings


10 Chicken Wings
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Sauce Ingredients
2 tsp butter
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp finely diced ginger
1/4 paprika
1/2 tsp red chili paste
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/4 cup water
Salt to taste


Preheat the Air fryer at 180 deg C.
Wash and pat dry chicken wings with a paper towel.

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken wings and coat well.

Mix all the spices along with flour and mix well.

Now toss the chicken wing in the mix and coat well. Dust off any excess flour .

Place the flour-coated chicken wings in air fryer basket and let it bake for 8 minutes then tirn the chicken wings and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Do brush some olive oil also.

In separate pan add butter and crushed garlic and ginger and saute for a minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

Toss the air fried chicken wings and coat well, let it cook over medium heat for two minutes. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley, serve hot.
