Dal Saag

Boil tur dal and moong dal in ratio of 2:1 with little haldi , jeera powder and salt.
In a kadai heat oil/ghee add whole jeera few crushed garlic n little hing.

Add chopped onion and curry leaves when light brown add one chopped tomato and fry for 3-4 mins then add haldi , dhania powder , red chilly powder and couple of green chili.

Fry for couple of minutes then add chopped palak.

Cook till palak dries up add little salt.

When palak is cooked the add boiled dals and simmer for some time if required adjust seasoning.  

Dal Saag is ready 😊
